i've realised that i had not been blogging for quite a long time actually.
mainly is because life in tekong is very repetitious, so if i were to blog about it, it would be very monotonus.
let's see, what happened during this few weeks. It's not in sequence though, i type whatever incident comes into my mind now.
Last friday, my section was running together during our 2.4km OTOT running in the morning, then a sir came running with us. And we just talk cock sing song together with him, not knowing his rank until we booked out, we saw him at the jetty. He's a captain for christ sake. But he was indeed a nice guy.
Last thursday, after we came back from dinner, both non-muslim and muslim. PL Seargent gave us 3 minutes to bring down our SBO with helmet. YES! all of us was expecting another tekan session from him. Right after RO, he ordered 2 guys to draw ice and we went to one side and he wanted us to empty our LBV to check the items. Apparently many of us had missing items here and there, and i thought, this is it, another push up session again, but what's with the ice?
He then asked us to go up keep our things and bring our mug down.
And he smile! Surprise! your long long long time ago pizza treat is here!
All of us had a good laugh with one another, coz he said that he was expecting the mug to be in our LBV, but it wasn't and we had to go up and take!
One fine day, a random captain and a lady came over to us and asked us if we had our gortex yet. So we said no. The lady then asked again to double confirm. Then i answered her back, "No Sir". GOSH! The captain laughed. Oh well, if i didn't forget, that day was a very hectic and tiring day. xD
that's all i can think of now at the moment. i remembered that there's alot alot more, but somehow, my brain failed me.
alot of things are going through my minds.
i know this upcoming field camp is going to be a tough one.
but i believe that i am going to make it through no matter what, probably because i've been running away from things too much in the past, because in army, they don't teach you how to run away from it, they teach you how to face it, no matter how hard it may be, you will still learn to face it.
but then, certain things are still there.
